Avrum Tomer is a researcher of education policy, and head of the parents organization “HaDor HaBa – Parents for Choice in Education”. Avrum holds a Bachelor’s degree in social sciences and security from Bar Ilan University and a Master’s degree in public policy from Hebrew University and is a graduate of the The Jewish Statesmanship Center and its former alumni community manager. In the past seven years Avraham had been serving as a reservist infantry company commander.
