KPF asked the supreme court to submit an amicus curiae brief in the appeal against the Infiltration Law. In a detailed document delivered to the court beforehand the forum gave four main arguments. The first discussed the hierarchy of international law within the Israeli legal system. The second concerned the freedom that is granted to the infiltrators by the basic law. The third discussed the advantages of the law and the fourth, questions the UN request to join the appeal which could cause severe damage to Israel and the court.
