In the 50 years that have passed since the Golan was conquered, the region has in effect remained a waiting area – in time of war or for peace. This policy paper does not present a national strategy for the Golan Heights, but rather is aims to present a multidimensional picture by illuminating the issues, considerations and facts that are essential in formulating any national strategy.
